Enterprise Network Professional

This is an expansion role for a network professional to perform remote support with various customers. The primary objective of this position is to manage and maintain enterprise networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Cisco-based networks, including managing Cisco network devices and providing expert-level technical support for the customer's follow-the-sun model.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement, troubleshoot, and document complex enterprise networks and related systems.
- Provide in-depth knowledge transfer and informal training to clients on routing protocols, switching technologies, and network security best practices.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure is required.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting large enterprise networks, including hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB).
- Experience with implementing Cisco-based wireless network infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Wireless experience with Meraki is mandatory.
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and management is a plus.
