About the Role

This position involves working closely with government institutions to provide policy research and data analysis support.

Key Responsibilities

The role entails conducting applied research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues using econometric/statistical techniques. Additionally, it includes analysing large datasets to provide policy insights, drafting policy briefs, reports, and presentations for decision-makers, and engaging with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders.

  • Develop evidence-based policies through rigorous research and data analysis.
  • Design and independently manage research projects to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and econometrics (Stata/R/Python).
