Position Overview:

The center is seeking a Fellow to provide evidence-based insights to inform global climate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
  • Lead and contribute to high-quality analytical research reports, policy papers, and articles.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources.
  • Oversee projects and discussions, including planning and coordination responsibilities.
  • Establish a network of industry participants and collaborate with partners.
  • Search and review published literature on research topics.
  • Supervise interns or personnel on research-related tasks.
  • Assist with manuscript or grant development.
  • Prepare reports or presentations.
  • Organize events, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree in engineering, energy economics, or related field.
  • PhD in given domain is an advantage.
  • 13+ years of work experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Econometric Models, Energy and/or Economic Model desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and research software preferred.
  • Ability to work/lead as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
