The ideal candidate will have experience in gold loan appraisal or back-office operations, with a strong understanding of standard deduction practices for embedded stones.
- Approve transactions within defined timelines, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage transactions, loans, and back-office tasks efficiently.
- Detect and report discrepancies or errors in KYC, gold appraisal, payment, and release processes.
- Perform accurate visual inspections to identify spurious gold and calculate stone deductions effectively.
- 0-1 year of experience in gold loan appraisal or back-office operations.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Ability to differentiate between genuine and spurious gold; knowledge of standard deduction practices for embedded stones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to read Marathi or Gujarati.
- Proven ability to work effectively in large, diverse teams, and manage stakeholders without direct authority.
