Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a diligent Loan Operations Specialist to spearhead transactions, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role involves conducting meticulous visual inspections to identify spurious gold, detecting discrepancies in KYC and payment processes, and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve transactions within predetermined timelines
  • Manage loan processing and back-office tasks efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies
  • Detect and report discrepancies in KYC and payment processes promptly
  • Perform accurate visual inspections to identify spurious gold
Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • 1-2 years of experience in gold loan appraisal or back-office operations
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable institution
  • Preferred experience in NBFCs, banking, financial services, or gold loan operations
  • Ability to differentiate between genuine and spurious gold
  • Knowledge of standard deduction practices for embedded stones
  • Ability to read Marathi or Gujarati
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in large, diverse teams
  • Capable of managing and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and maintains a positive and professional attitude
