Job Title:

Commercial Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to oversee end-to-end finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Finance Operations:
    • Oversee the revenue cycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Ensure seamless financial processes across departments.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the organization.
    • Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  3. Financial Reporting & Closing:
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for leadership.
    • Reconcile balance sheet schedules and ensure accuracy.
  4. MIS, Audit & Compliance:
    • Develop comprehensive MIS for data-driven decision-making.
    • Coordinate audits and ensure smooth closures.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners for finance-related matters.
    • Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership.
Requirements:
  • CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exposure to legal and commercial drafting an advantage
