  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, enhance revenue growth, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives.
Professional Development:
  • Mentor and coach finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Required Skills:Indian GAAP, IndAS, Cash flow management, Big 4 auditors, ERP implementation, Team management.
