  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry design trends, AI tools, and techniques, integrating them into workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Productivity: Monitor design team productivity, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and contribute to overall team profitability.
