Job Overview

The IT Support Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's IT infrastructure.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and maintain servers, storage, and networks to prevent disruptions.
  • Handle user requests and incidents through our IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Assist in IT projects such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.

Mandatory Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
