Job Title: Strategic Account Recovery Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely collection of payments from customers while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively remind and follow up on pending payments with customers to ensure prompt settlement.
  • Act as a liaison between field executives and team leaders to facilitate effective communication and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a consistent approach for handling arrears follow-ups, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and rectify billing errors, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Analyze unpaid accounts and provide actionable insights for corrective actions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Follow up with customers for reactivation of inactive accounts, leveraging negotiation skills to secure positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A graduate or equivalent degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Retention, Telecalling, or Customer Care (Voice Process Inbound/Outbound).
  • Prior experience in handling MIS reports and Excel-based tracking.
  • A strong understanding of billing processes and customer account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a telecalling environment with a high focus on targets.
  • Capacity to multitask and coordinate with both internal teams and customers.
