Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead our team of engineers and drive technical discussions. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS Cloud, MFT tools, and GoAnywhere.

  • Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically.
  • Provide consultancy & Solution to customer irrespective of product stack used.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort.
  • Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
  • Experienced with AWS Cloud.
  • Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions.
  • Experienced with Python language.
  • Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
  • Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • On-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Disaster Recovery.
  • Audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
