About Us:
We're a leading IT Contingent Staffing firm seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute business development strategies to identify, target, and acquire new opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
- Analyze client requirements and work closely with our recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate contracts that meet both client and company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with our delivery/recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- A robust network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the US staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a proven track record of success.
