We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer & Video Editor to bring brand stories to life through impactful design and engaging video content.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and tech brands, possessing a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt creativity to different platforms and formats.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Creative Designer & Video Editor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing digital creatives, ad campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email marketing designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Design:
    • Develop engaging digital creatives, including ad campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email marketing designs that resonate with modern DTC and tech audiences.
    • Conceptualize and execute brand communication for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling.
    • Create static and motion graphics that captivate viewers and drive engagement.
  • Video Editing:
    • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
    • Repurpose long-form content into engaging snackable content across various platforms.
    • Work with AI video editing tools to speed up production and experiment with new formats.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for performance, including hooks, pacing, captions, and platform specifications.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver creatives that drive performance and engagement.
    • Understand campaign briefs, contribute ideas, and proactively recommend creative strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in creative design and video editing.
  • Proven portfolio of work with DTC and Tech brands (mandatory).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
  • Familiarity with AI-based video and creative tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality output.
Good to Have
  • Motion graphics/animation skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle/fashion/tech brand storytelling.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
