Lead Visual Storyteller

As a leading employee healthcare benefits platform, we're seeking an innovative Creative Lead to spearhead our brand's visual identity and storytelling. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our brand, overseeing all creative aspects, from design and content to communication and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bring together strategic thinking, visual flair, and storytelling prowess to drive consistency, emotion, and impact across every touchpoint. They'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team of creatives, managing projects from concept to delivery, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
About the Role- Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring it remains fresh, modern, and relevant in a rapidly changing market.
- Create compelling narratives, copy, and visual stories that resonate with SMEs, startups, and modern businesses.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, social, and events that build awareness, consideration, and pipeline.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of designers, content creators, video editors, and social media specialists.
- 10+ years of experience in agency and in-house brand roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, motion graphics, and digital-first thinking.
- Hands-on ability to write creative copy, content, scripts, and translate strategy into storytelling.
- A strong eye for detail and the maturity to take feedback, adapt, and maintain high creative standards.
