About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our visual storytelling. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll craft compelling content that elevates our presence across social media and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage sophisticated graphic assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative software.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
  • Drive creative innovation by staying ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to produce fresh, industry-leading visuals.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of creative execution.
  • Analyze the performance of design campaigns and use insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of 2-4 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and effective social media content, branding, and marketing designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design (motion graphics and video editing experience is a bonus).
  • Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • PASSION FOR DESIGN AND A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO PROBLEM-SOLVING AND CREATIVE EXPLORATION.
