Job Title: ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our Farvision ERP system. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in managing complex ERP operations and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

  1. ERP Management: Manage day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments and minimizing disruptions.
  2. Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and compliance by handling data entry, validation, and reporting.
  3. User Support: Provide timely support to end-users, resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  6. Billing and Invoicing: Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in managing complex ERP operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
