We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Scoala ERP, a leading School Management System provider. As a part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Close deals and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of school management systems or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the sales field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
