As a seasoned field service engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and services to our clients worldwide. Your primary role will involve completing on-site PCS/BESS product installations, debugging, maintenance, and modification work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve complex issues related to PCS/BESS products.

  • Managing on-site spare parts inventory, tracking, and logistics to ensure optimal product performance and minimize downtime.
