Pharmaceutical analytics plays a pivotal role in the Life Sciences industry. Companies are seeking professionals with expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning to drive data-driven decision-making.

This role involves establishing a capability center in India, working closely with onsite stakeholders to transition advanced analytics projects from the US to India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma commercial analytics, with experience in patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing advanced secondary data analytics projects addressing diverse business challenges.
  • Acting as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in pharma commercial analytics.
  • Specializations in patient analytics, brand performance analytics, and marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets, including IQVIA xPonent PlanTrak NPA DDD HCOS Patient-Level data or Symphony data.
  • Technical skills in Python, R, or SQL, with proficiency in at least one language.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.
