Job Title: Data Driven Leader

We are seeking a skilled Data Driven Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving performance.

About the Opportunity:

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic decisions, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track progress.
  • Design and manage reporting workflows to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical capabilities.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive supply performance, partner experience, and business growth.
