You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

You will lead efforts to safeguard our information systems, networks and data against internal and external threats, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement our information security strategy, policies, standards and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions and other security technologies.
• Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
• Direct the identification, assessment and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on our security posture.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of our information security program, including key metrics, risks and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards and regulations, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR and HIPAA.
• Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations and incident response.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent are highly desirable.
