Lead Developer - Student Focused Apps

We are seeking an experienced developer to design and build innovative student-focused applications for learning and engagement.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating user-friendly, scalable, and interactive apps that enhance the student experience. This includes designing, developing, and deploying mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web applications for student learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators and designers to understand student needs and translate them into app features.
  • Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services for seamless functionality.
  • Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Build engaging, student-friendly interfaces with modern UI/UX principles.
  • Test, debug, and maintain applications with continuous improvements.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or web application frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles to design intuitive apps.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to translate learning needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with gamification, edtech tools, or e-learning platforms is a plus.
