About the Role:

As a Key Player in Student Success, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational pathways of ambitious students. You will lead a team of advisors, collaborate with subject matter experts, and personally mentor students to build distinctive profiles that showcase their academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee student success from onboarding to final university decisions
  2. Develop personalized student journeys through academic and extracurricular profile development
  3. Strategize long-term academic planning, including subject selection and standardized testing
  4. Review and provide feedback on application components
  5. Offer direct mentorship and guidance on complex student cases
  6. Mentor and manage a team of advisors
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and execution
  8. Organize trainings and case reviews to enhance team capabilities
  9. Provide expert guidance on undergraduate admissions platforms
  10. Advise families on academic equivalencies and scholarship opportunities
  11. Ensure clear communication with students and parents
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably with experience studying abroad)
  • 2-4 years of experience in academic counseling or education advisory roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with undergraduate admissions platforms is preferred
