Job Title: Lead Engineer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer to spearhead personalization and optimization initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement solutions for personalized experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time decisioning capabilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on journey orchestration and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) capabilities
  • Work with marketing and data teams to align personalization strategies with business objectives
  • Ensure scalable and maintainable architecture for integrations
  • Support Customer Data Platforms (CDP)-related initiatives and audience segmentation strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with architecture and implementation
  • Exposure to integration capabilities and Adobe Edge
  • High-level understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and audience management is beneficial

Personalized Experiences Across Digital Platforms:

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that deliver personalized experiences across web and mobile platforms.
