Job Description">

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design and highly interactive products and digital interfaces such as Web Applications, m-web, and native apps.

About the Role:

  • Create empathetic product UX via pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Conceptualize, communicate, and pitch ideas frequently in front of peers across product, business, tech, and marketing.
  • Bring fresh approaches, insights, and convey what's best for the user to interact with a seamless product using best UX practices and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver finished design deliverables including quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes.
  • Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Document the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries effectively.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field of study.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and basic development practices is an added advantage.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong portfolio detailing strong interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge in interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
