Enhance digital experiences as a Design Intern, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.

About the Role:

Our team crafts user-centric solutions for diverse financial platforms. We support workflows that cater to various stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design: Assist in designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Support UX Design Process: Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
  • User Research: Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
  • Design Documentation: Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Visual Design: Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools
  • Interest in fintech or financial products
  • Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset

You will gain hands-on experience designing for a multi-platform ecosystem, contributing to digital experiences used by over 1.2 million users. You will participate in designing over 50 investment journeys across various financial products. You will have real-world exposure to solving UX challenges like user adoption, conversion, and retention. You will receive mentorship from senior designers and product leaders. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of internship.
