UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team in creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business goals and user needs into seamless user experiences.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency.
  • Create intuitive UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail.
  • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea to delivery.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong expertise in Figma (preferred) and prototyping tools (Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
  • A good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate with dev teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo AI) is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
