Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and execute customer retention journeys, drive repeat purchase growth across digital channels, and strengthen relationships with loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted CRM strategies to increase Repeat Purchase Rate, AOV, and CLV.

  • Segment customers using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral cohorts.

  • Craft high-converting retention campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, empathy, and care in all CRM communications.

  • Strengthen loyalty programs and VIP/Subscriber initiatives.

  • Partner with CX teams to resolve issues and convert them into retention opportunities.

  • Analyze key retention metrics: Repeat Rate, Churn %, LTV, CAC:CLV ratio, ROAS on retention.

  • Optimize messaging, cadence, and offers through A/B testing.

Tools & Technology:

  • Manage CRM/automation tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Shopify CRM integrations.

  • Drive data hygiene, personalization logic, and automation workflows.

  • Explore AI-driven segmentation and predictive churn tools.
