Job Overview:
As an Executive Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by leading high-performing teams and executing key strategic initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business, including accounting standards and compliance, client relationships and communication, leadership and team management, supervision and coaching, project management and time management, and business development and growth.
- Accounting Standards and Compliance:
- Must have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
- Independently execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues.
- Client Relationships and Communication:
- Working closely with senior management to build strong client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability and experience to communicate at all levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Strong leadership skills to drive various meetings and discussions.
- Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live company values.
- Supervision and Coaching:
- Must have proven supervision and coaching skills, ability to delegate tasks, technical skills, the ability to motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements.
- Project Management and Time Management:
- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
- Business Development and Growth:
- Assist in identifying interesting companies for pitching / ideation and Preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates.
- Professional Development:
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry, and the regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in accounting standards and compliance.
