The Role

You are an experienced cybersecurity leader responsible for supporting regional teams to execute information security programs and processes. You will manage day-to-day operations of our India Information Security team based in Gurgaon, India.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global strategic leadership by working closely with Global Information Security leadership and functional peers to maintain and implement a comprehensive information security strategy.
  • Partner with regional executive leadership to ensure adequate resourcing and support for our India Information Security team operations and initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level support for regional security risk assessment and treatment activities, security operations, and governance and reporting activities.
Team Leadership and Guidance
  • Lead and mentor our India Information Security team, emphasizing coaching and developing teams, managers, and key individual contributors.
  • Maintain alignment and operational consistency between the Global Information Security team and our India Information Security team on information security policies, processes, and practices.
Security Expertise and Stakeholder Management
  • Oversee the adoption of security best practices in software development and cloud security.
  • Provide technical oversight and executive-level support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for our global SaaS platform and corporate computing resources.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.
