Job Title: Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing cybersecurity tools to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies to prevent security incidents.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive security incident response plan to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and business units.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our organization remains secure and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat management and incident response.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, breach attack simulation, and micro-segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term risk management and mitigation.
