Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design test scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
  • Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure changes do not introduce new issues.
  • Enhance and optimize automated test suites for improved efficiency.
  • Participate in test plan reviews and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and propose adoption in projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools.
  • Experience designing and developing automation test scripts.
  • Solid understanding of test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
