Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of financial technology by creating and executing test cases to ensure software systems meet functional and technical requirements.

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include testing new system software versions using automated testing tools, such as UFT. You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating test cases and regression scripts based on business requirements.

You will work closely with the Product and Development teams to translate existing manual regression test cases into automated UFT tests. Your expertise in UFT and knowledge of financial products, such as FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, etc., will be valuable assets in this role.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and managing software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes attending project meetings to discuss issues and report on the status of testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering.
  • 3+ years of general Quality Assurance experience with multi-tiered complex trading and/or risk management systems in the financial industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with UFT.
