Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to drive excellence in our products.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, methodical approach, and experience in agile software development necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to defect rates, automation, and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building tools and tests that create customer experiences that delight our customers.

This role involves developing and maintaining functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts used in SDLC. The candidate will also execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities and report results following formal test architectures and project processes.

Responsibilities include tracking metrics (e.g., velocity, code quality, defect density across all phases) for each sprint, reporting to management, documenting testing results, and providing quality sign-off to project teams.

This position requires diagnosing problems, reporting bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad, and incorporating client usage and feedback into test scripts to mimic end-user behavior in QA.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of application testing experience.
  • Experienced with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of relational database models and experience with GUI tools to interact with them.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Experience testing and working with multi-browser and mobile device systems.
  • Good customer empathy.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about building amazing products.
  • Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
  • Proficient in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI, and REST API testing.
