Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our quality assurance team. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality services and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

  • Direct and supervise quality analysts to deliver exceptional services.
  • Conduct thorough audits of mortgage processes, including loan origination and underwriting.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality trends and collaborate with stakeholders for performance enhancement.
  • Develop, review, and update quality guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive quality dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to align expectations and drive results.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Drive process improvement projects to enhance accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BPO, with at least 2 years in a quality management or supervisory role.
  • Mortgage process experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
