Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Software Release Manager. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and manage software releases for our platform solutions.

Key responsibilities include participating in the planning, execution, and delivery of software releases, ensuring smooth deployment of products and services to stakeholders. Additionally, you will support release activities, develop release plans, progress, and status updates to stakeholders, and manage day-to-day system activities and mitigate risks related to the release process.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of software releases
  • Ensure smooth deployment of products and services to R&D stakeholders
  • Support release activities, including version control, feature branching, code merges, and deployment
  • Develop release plans, progress, and status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day system activities and mitigate risks related to the release process

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Associates degree with 4 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree with 0 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Service delivery experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical support and operations management experience
  • Participating in cross-functional teams
  • Good knowledge of analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong working knowledge on MS Tools - Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
