Job Title: Python Django Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python Django Developer to join our team at Nuox Technologies.

About the Role:

As a Django Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Python and the Django framework. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Django and a strong understanding of web development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate data storage solutions, such as databases and APIs, to ensure seamless data flow and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and Python/Django to continuously improve our applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Python Django Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and the Django web framework.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and ORM libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
