Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader to spearhead our digital transformation efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in creating and executing holistic growth strategies across D2C, marketplaces, offline, and emerging channels.
  • Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Define product-market fit; localize hero SKUs, craft new-product roadmaps, and sunset low ROI lines.
  • Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
  • Orchestrate 360° marketing—performance, influencer, CRM, PR—to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Establish data pipelines and dashboards to track cohorts, repeat rates, marketplace rankings, and other key performance indicators.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize landed costs and service level agreements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams to drive high-performance execution.
  • Champion customer obsession; mine VOC insights to feed product updates and CX enhancements.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to amplify reach and brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Present quarterly business reviews to leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets.
  • Deploy test-and-learn culture; run A/B tests on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Set up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads, and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmark competition; deliver actionable intelligence on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.
  • Act as the brand's cultural ambassador, embodying its ethos while driving high-performance execution.
