Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

As a Google Ads specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver high ROI and align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns for various ad formats.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), and revenue growth.
  • Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets for better click-through rate (CTR) and conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.
  • Create detailed reports & insights for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization & conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of other paid channels.
