Senior Contract Manager

As a seasoned legal professional with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing IT and ITES contracts, negotiating with clients and business heads, and overseeing the APAC region. Your role will involve working closely with an in-house legal team in an IT company to draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.
- Reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreement.
- Handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors –Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.
- Liaising and making contractual correspondence with Clients and internal stakeholders and working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Responsible to safeguard the interest of Company in contractual matters and responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities and deviations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
