Compliance and Contract Management Professional

This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your contract management skills and knowledge of federal regulations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Identify and summarize applicable regulations and compliance obligations to support our team's efforts.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations and maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits to ensure timely compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant regulations and prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to facilitate seamless communication and information exchange.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested to ensure the success of our projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Good understanding of regulations and contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work EST Time zone (9AM-5PM)
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts.
  • Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.
