  • We require an experienced professional with 8-10 years of functional expertise in contract management modules for cloud services.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
  • A minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations designing and configuring contract management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with project costing, project contracts, and project billing modules is required.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in supporting platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and integration cloud (IC) integrations is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and ability to ensure compliance is crucial.
  • The selected candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, are essential for success.
