Visual Identity Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand. From packaging to social media to digital campaigns, you will create designs that feel premium, connect with consumers, and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
- Consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
- Collaboration with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
- Translation of consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
- Mentorship of junior designers and freelancers; provision of creative direction and feedback.
- Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
- Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
- Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
- Photography or art direction background.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
