
Global Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Trade Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality current accounts customers who deal in international trade, identifying target markets and segments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant norms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent domain knowledge of trade and FES products, as well as strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. They will also possess high energy levels and enthusiasm, with a winning attitude and the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
Job Requirements:- Graduate degree preferably with a postgraduate qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in trade, FX, and FES preferably in the banking industry
- Excellent knowledge of client behavior and engagement in each product and geographic segment
- High energy levels and enthusiasm, with a winning attitude and the ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Good listener and excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiator and smart worker
- Result-oriented, especially in achieving given non-tangible business targets (NTBs) and sales targets
