ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) effectively.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems.
  • Understand how to configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop automated processes using scripting languages like Business Rules and Script Actions.
  • Document all developments, configurations, and technical details, and create training materials for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems.
  • Experience with implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture and ability to write SQL queries.
