Job Overview

The Functional Testing Specialist role involves performing comprehensive testing of core banking systems to ensure quality and functionality. Key responsibilities include developing detailed testing strategies, collaborating with implementation teams and stakeholders to validate functional requirements, and documenting test cases and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented banking modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business users, to understand and validate functional requirements.
  • Document test cases, test results, and issue logs to facilitate transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing phases, including UAT support, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support implementation projects, including travel or relocation as required, to drive successful project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Prior experience working on core banking applications, preferably Flexcube Retail.
  • Background in software testing principles and functional workflows in banking systems.
