About the Role:

This role involves maintaining and enhancing banking systems based on Temenos products. The successful candidate will be responsible for system impact analysis, business requirement definition, solution design, functional specification design, technical specification design, and SIT test creation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Temenos product business analysis and/or in a finance institution's IT department, preferably with knowledge in T24 functional and configuration, T24 FCM, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance banking systems based on Temenos products
  • System impact analysis, business requirement definition, solution design, functional specification design, technical specification design, and SIT test creation
  • Produce required SDLC artefacts, including specification documents, layouts, diagrams, and manuals
  • BAU support for branches, including trouble shooting and QA

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience in Temenos product business analysis and/or in a finance institution's IT department
  • T24 functional and configuration, T24 FCM, and other related areas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a pressurized environment, meeting challenging deadlines
