Job Title: CMDB Technical Analyst

Job Description

This is a pivotal role within the Information Management (IM) function. The CMDB Technical Analyst will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-10 years in an IT industry with a focus on ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM and strong expertise in external data source integrations.
  • Education: Bachelors in Technology or Engineering.
  • Certifications: ITIL certified and Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA).
