Job Description

As a key member of our ServiceNow testing team, you will focus on ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.

Utilizing your expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases. This will involve utilizing ServiceNow and leveraging its features and best practices in testing methodologies.

Another essential aspect of this role is contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow testing landscape. You will leverage your 6 years of relevant experience to mentor junior testers and share knowledge.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Perform regression integration, and system testing to validate end-to-end business processes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, and estimation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate test results, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation testing support.
