As a Logistics Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources function, focusing on Learning and Development (L&D), talent management, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with HR and department leaders to ensure employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, and professional development opportunities to grow and succeed within the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR, specifically in L&D and generalist functions. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, learning methodologies, training delivery, and organizational development is essential. Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and other HR tools/software is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommending training solutions.
  • Organizing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Managing the learning management system (LMS) and ensuring timely availability of resources for employees.
  • Collaborating with department heads to tailor training initiatives to department-specific needs.
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintaining a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
